Reset your password

You can reset your Control Center password on the login screen. The steps you follow depend on how you log in to Control Center. We’re updating the login process across all test and production environments. To check which login process you’re using, look at your login screen.

Reset password (legacy)

To reset your password:

  1. From the login screen, select Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email address, then select Confirm. If you have an active account with a valid email address, you'll receive an email with a recovery link. If you don't have an account or email, contact your Control Center administrator to recover your password.
  3. Check your email for the recovery link.
  4. Click the link to return to the login screen and create a new password.
  5. For added security, you must enter a one-time passcode (OTP) to complete your login. On the login screen, select where you want the passcode sent.
  6. Enter the passcode you received to complete authentication and log in.

Reset password (updated)

To reset your password:

  1. From the login screen, select Forgot Password.
  2. If you have an active account with a valid email address, you'll receive an email with a recovery code. If you don't have an account or email, contact your Control Center administrator to recover your password.
  3. On the login screen, enter the recovery code, create a new password, and save your changes.
  4. For added security, you must enter a one-time passcode (OTP) to complete your login. On the login screen, select where you want the passcode sent.
  5. Enter the passcode you received to complete authentication and log in.
