Documentation feedback

Pismo is committed to keeping its documentation comprehensive and high-quality. We welcome your feedback. Right now, you have two options for providing that. The first is to create a Service Desk JIRA ticket. The ticket type should be Projects.

If you're not interested in starting a ticket and going through the JIRA process, you can send us a quick note via the Did this page help you? Yes/No survey option. The Yes/No option appears at the bottom of every page, whether it's a guide article or API reference page. When you click Yes or No, a pop-up appears allowing you to add an optional comment. This is the best way to send us feedback about something on a specific page. The Pismo documentation team reviews comments frequently, if not every day. Add an email address or phone number (text) if you would like to be notified when there is a resolution to your comment.

When reporting missing or incorrect information, please be as specific and detailed as possible so we have a clear understanding of the problem or suggestion. Please be aware this is for documentation ONLY and not technical help or business issues. For non-documentation issues, contact your Pismo representative or create a Service Desk ticket.
