Request access to Pismo resources

Pismo Control Center access and roles

For access to the Pismo Control Center, contact your Pismo representative. If you need additional access, contact any user who has the User manager role. For more information, refer to Access profiles and roles).

To make an access request via the Pismo Service Desk:

  1. In a web browser, open https://pismolabs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/.
  2. Click PISMO | Service Desk EN.
  3. Scroll down and click Settings.
  1. On the request form, enter a short description of your request in the Summary field.

  2. In the Settings menus, click the Access request type and for the subtype select one of the following:

    1. Service Desk Portal
    2. Slack Connect
    3. Status Page
  1. In the Priority menu, click a value from Highest to Lowest.
  2. In the Description field, make sure to include the following:
    1. Email address of the user(s) to be added.
    2. For Slack access, provide the name of the channel. This usually is in the form _<company_name>_pismo. For example _xyzbank_pismo.
  3. Click Send.
