Pismo Control Center access and roles

Access to the Control Center and its user access profiles can be granted by a Control Center user who has the User manager role (for more information, see Access profiles and roles.

To make an access request via the Pismo Service Desk:

  1. In a web browser, open https://pismolabs.atlassian.net/servicedesk/.
  2. Click PISMO | Service Desk EN.
  3. Scroll down and click Settings.
  1. On the request form, enter a short description of your request in the Summary field.

  2. In the Settings menus, click the Access request type and for the subtype select one of the following:

    1. Service Desk Portal
    2. Slack Connect
    3. Status Page
  1. In the Priority menu, click a value from Highest to Lowest.
  2. In the Description field, make sure to include the following:
    1. Email address of the user(s) to be added.
    2. For Slack access, provide the name of the slack channel you wish to include. This usually is in the form _<company_name>_pismo. For example _xyzbank _pismo.
  3. Click Send.
