Deactivate a general ledger account
Control Center does not allow updating or deleting general ledger accounts, only deactivating them. Once an account is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. Inactive general ledger accounts still appear in search results.
To deactivate a general ledger account:
- From the main menu, select Configurations > General ledger accounts.
- On the General ledger accounts screen, select Deactivate account.
- Select Deactivate account again to confirm.
