Ways to add a program

There are three ways to add a program using Control Center:

  • (Default method) Add a program using a template for the type of account.
  • Make a clone of an existing program, using the same details and settings.
  • Export an existing program to a JSON file and then import that file as a new program. This enables you to transfer a program from one environment to another, such as from a testing environment to a production environment.

Cloning a program is useful when you need to add a program to a different environment, such as from a test environment to a production environment.

To clone an existing program:

  1. On the main menu, click Organization > Programs.

  2. On the Programs screen, select the program that you want to clone.

  3. On the Program information screen, click Clone.

  4. On the Program details screen, enter the program name, BIN and range, and time zone.

Some values inherited from the source program cannot be changed.

  1. Select Next.
  2. On the Review screen, confirm your settings and then select Finish.

Your request is processed in the background. When completed, Control Center sends you a notification. In the meantime, your new program displays on the Programs screen with the status Processing.
