The Cards view lists every card that was issued for the account. Each card has its own Card information view with its own set of views for its transactions, card details, and status changes history.

The Pismo platform handles different types of cards, including credit, debit, prepaid, private label, and more. Every card is associated with one customer and one account. For more information about cards on the Pismo platform, refer to the Cards management guide.

View and edit card information

Each card has its own Card information view with its own set of views for its transactions, card details, and status changes history.

To view and edit card information:

1. On the Account overview, select the Cards view.
2. Select one of the available cards.
3. Select Edit.
4. Modify the values in any of the following fields:
   • Name
   • Printed name
   • Transaction limit
   • Contactless
   • ABU
5. Select Save.

Reissue a card

Control Center does not support adding cards. However, you can request a replacement card using this feature. For information about adding cards on the Pismo platform, refer to the Cards management guide.

To reissue a card:

1. On the Account overview, select the Cards view.
2. Select one of the available cards.
3. Select Reissue card.
4. Modify the values in any of the following fields.
   • Printed name
   • Reason
   • Embossing group
   • Enable contactless
   • Enable ABU
   • Mode type
5. Select Save.

Change card status

To change a card status:

1. On the Account overview, select the Cards view.
2. Select one of the available cards.
3. Select Change status.
4. Select one of the available card status options.
5. Select Done.
6. Select Yes to confirm.
