Get started with Control Center
Pismo Control Center is a Web application that enables business users to perform various tasks on the Pismo platform. It is designed to enable business users to use the platform without having to understand the platform's REST APIs. You can use Control Center to perform a variety of tasks, from managing objects on the Pismo platform, financial transactions to managing customer accounts, all through an intuitive and accessible interface.
To begin using Pismo Control Center, contact your Control Center administrator (the person or group in your company with permission to perform administrative tasks in Control Center). Adding users to Control Center
If you are currently a Control Center user with permission to add users, refer to Users and permissions in Control Center for more information.
Legacy and updated versions of Control Center
We’re currently updating Control Center in all test and production environments. Refer to your Control Center login screen to determine if you're using the updated or legacy version.

Get an account
To obtain a Control Center user account, contact your Control Center administrator to request a new user account.As an alternative, you can ask any Control Center user with the Admin or User manager role to add an account for you.
Account registration
When your account is created, you will receive onboarding instructions via the email address you provided. The onboarding details differ slightly, depending on whether you're accessing the Updated or Legacy version of Control Center.
Legacy Control Center
When the account is created, check your email for an email invitation from Control Center. Select the link provided in this message to log in in for the first time. For tips about setting a secure password, refer to Best practices for Control Center passwords.
Afterward, as an extra security measure, you will receive a second email with a registration code. When prompted on the sign-on screen, you must enter this code to complete the registration process and start using Control Center.
Updated Control Center
When the account is created, check your email for two email messages from Control Center:
- A welcome message that contains a link to Control Center, your username, and a temporary password.
- A verification code used to sign on to Control Center for the first time. This code expires after 24 hours.
If you don't receive these emails in within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or ask your system administrator to send it again.
Select the link in the welcome message to sign on and then enter the verification code when prompted. Then, set your own password and start using Control Center. For information about requirements for setting a secure password, refer to Best practices for Control Center passwords.
