The Notifications feature is not available in the legacy version of Control Center. For more information, refer to Get started.

Notifications are messages that keep you informed about platform events, such as progress updates about background processes (such as exporting programs), as well as announcements. The Notifications icon displays in the header at the top of every Control Center screen. A red badge on the icon indicates the number of currently unread. messages.

Select the icon to open a popup of recent messages. You can use the following controls:

  • Unread only toggle: Display only messages you haven't read yet.
  • Mark all as read button: Mark all currently displayed messages as read. (Notifications not displayed are not marked as read.)
  • View all notifications button: Open the Notifications screen.

Control Center supports the following notification types:

Status updateUpdates you on asynchronous request status, including:
  • JSON file download/upload request (success or error).
  • New program request:
    • Program creation in process.
    • Configuration completed.
    • Success or error.
  • Transaction details:
    • Transaction type created successfully.
    • Entry type created and linked to a transaction type.
AnnouncementInforms you about announcements from Pismo, including application updates, new feature releases, maintenance tasks, or similar developments.
Approval request [beta]Informs you about pending requests to:
  • Edit a program parameter.
  • Make a single adjustment to an account.
This type is sent to all users in the organization who have edit access for the type of change being requested.
