Account status

For information about account statuses and status change reasons on the Pismo platform, refer to the Manage account statuses and Accounts guides.

To edit account status:

  1. On the Accounts overview, select Actions > Change account status.
  2. Choose one of the available account status options.
  3. (Optional) Choose one of the available status change reasons.
  4. Select Done.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.
