Password self-reset
The Control Center sign-on screen includes a link that you can use to reset your own password.
Updated version
Pismo Control Center is being updated in all test and production environments during the second quarter of 2025. During this period, if you use Control Center in more than one environment, you might encounter either the Updated or Legacy version of Control Center. For more information, refer to Get started.
Password requirements
To protect your password, Control Center enforces a strong set of password requirements. For more information, refer to Best practices for Control Center passwords.
To reset your password:
- On the sign-on screen, enter your user name and then select Submit.
- Select Forgot password. The sign-on screen for Control Center displays a Forgot password link, which you can use to reset your password.
- Check your email for the password recovery code.
If you are unable to receive emails at your registered address, you can open a open a service request.
- Return to the sign-on screen, enter the recovery code and then set a new password.
- Click Save.
Legacy version

To perform a password self-reset:
- On the login screen, select the Forgot password link.
- Enter the email address associated with the user account and then select Confirm.
If you are unable to receive emails at your registered address, you can open a open a service request.
- Check your email for the recovery email, return to the login screen
- Click the link provided in the email message body to set a new password.
- Select Save.
