Edit a user

To edit a user:

  1. From the main menu, select User management > Users.

  2. On the Users screen, use search to find the user.

  3. In the search results, select the Edit icon beside the user you want to edit.

  4. On the Users screen, do any of the following

    1. Edit the user's name and email address.
    2. Change the preferred default language for the user: English or Portuguese.
    3. In the Roles section, assign roles for the user using the toggles. For more information, refer to Access profiles and roles.
    4. If this user hasn’t verified their email and created a password, select Resend emails to reinvite them. (This button does not display if the user has verified their account.)
  5. Select Save.
