Add or update an embossing alias

By default, embossing configurations are named according to the following pattern:

<ISSUER_NAME>_<EMBOSSER_NAME>_<YYYY_MM_DD_HHMMSS>_<PROGRAM_ID>.pgp

Defining an alias for an embossing configuration is useful in cases where there are different filename requirements from different issuers or embossing providers. Aliases also can provide alternative names that are easier to read.

To add or update an embossing configuration alias:

1. From the main menu, choose Setup > Embossing.
2. On the Embossing screen, select the embossing configuration that you want to view.
3. On the Embossing information screen, select the Edit icon in its row.
4. Enter an alias name in the text field provided and select Save.
