Manage accounts and disputes

Control Center includes customer features for managing information about accounts and disputes.

  • Accounts: You can see all accounts related to a customer. This page provides detailed information about each account, including status, account number, type, and program name. For more information, refer to Accounts overview.
  • Disputes: A dispute occurs when a cardholder reports an unrecognized or suspicious transaction and requests a refund. For more information, refer to Disputes overview.
