Submitting service requests

Rather than request via Pismo representative, you can request certain things directly by using the Pismo Service Desk.

  • For Pismo Control Center access requests, we could explicitly state on the Log in to Pismo Control Center page that all the access requests are managed by the client.
  • For Pismo operations status access requests, there is a message on the Pismo operation status page saying that you can request it for the Pismo representative, but now the user can request it directly by using the Pismo Service Desk. Can we improve this by explaining how to request it in Service Desk?
  • For Pismo Service Desk access requests, there is a message on the Pismo operation status page saying that you can request it for the Pismo representative, but now another user from the same company who has access to the Pismo Service Desk can request it directly via the Pismo Service Desk. Can we improve this by mentioning that this option is also available?

Find your session ID

When requesting help with Control Center issues from Pismo Support, you may be asked to provide your session ID.
