This is the step where preventive blocking of fraudulent amounts is initiated.
Call this endpoint after creating and analyzing the tracking graph in INTERACTIVE flow. In AUTOMATED flow, DICT automatically initiates the blocking.
Thie endpoint generates a Pix funds recovery status changed event.
