Update account calendar strategy

Update an account calendar strategy.

This endpoint generates a Balance account changed event.

Notes:

• A program calendar strategy is defined for a specific program. However, it can be associated with an account in that program, so you change the program calendar strategy associated with the account by specifying its ID.
• This endpoint cannot be used to update a fixed due date calendar.
