Send pre-authentication info

Send pre-authentication information to the client's anti-fraud validator to evaluate. Pismo calls the vaidator's webhook and gets a response before sending a response to the caller. The webhook needs to be configured with Pismo before making this call.

3DS - 3-D Secure is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. The name refers to the "three domains" which interact using the protocol: the merchant/acquirer domain, the issuer domain, and the interoperability domain.

ACS - An Access Control Server is built as part of the 3-D secure (3DS) protocol to prevent fraudulent online transactions. ACS provides the necessary high-level security needed to keep transactions safe and secure, and is normally deployed by card issuers.

Pismo provides this endpoint for 3rd-party 3DS/ACS validators for authentication in card-not-present transactions.

Pismo provides the encrypt/decrypt keys for the hashed PAN. Talk to your Pismo representative about getting these keys.
