Get an account's attached product

accountId accepts either the Pismo account_id or your external_account_id.

Which ID you can use is determined by the access token, so send the same ID the token was generated with. To address the account by external_account_id, the token must be created with that external account ID; a token generated with a Pismo account ID accepts only the numeric account_id. Sending an ID that doesn’t match the token returns 403.
