Create organization rule model

Create a rule model for processing codes. The model is owned by an organization. The same model cannot be used for more than one organization.

Use the following configuration endpoints to attach the rule model to a configuration at the organization, program, or account level.

• Create organization model configuration to use the model for all programs and accounts of the organization.
• Create program model configuration to use the model only for the specified program.
• Create account model configuration to use the model only for the specified account.
