Pismo Console overview

Pismo Console is a web application that provides a simple and intuitive interface to create and manage your data on the Pismo platform.

Using multifactor authentication

To improve the security of the platform, Pismo has implemented multifactor authentication (MFA). As of April 2022, MFA is enabled in production environments (and some EXT environments) for Managing access to the following applications:

For more information, contact [email protected].

With MFA, after entering your username and password, the platform sends a code to the email address linked to the login account. When prompted, you must enter this code to complete the login process.

🚧

Emailing the passcode requires that all login accounts must have their correct email address registered with Pismo. If the email address is not correct, you will be unable to access the authentication code, without which you cannot access the platform.

If the registered address is for a mailing list, everyone on the mailing list will receive the emailed code.

Email addresses can be updated in the Console by an admin user. In addition, users with admin permissions can create and list all access keys related to your Org.
