# Reset your password You can reset your Control Center password on the sign-on screen. 1. Select **Forgot Password**. 2. If you have an active account with a valid email address, you'll receive an email with a recovery code. If you don't have an account or email, contact your Control Center administrator. 3. On the sign-on screen, enter the recovery code, create a new password, and save your changes. 4. For added security, you must verify your identity using your chosen multi-factor authentication (MFA) method (email, passkey, or authenticator app). Complete authentication and sign on.
